Warranty & Returns
Jelly Beanz Bean Bags guarantees seams and zips for 5 years providing the bean bags has been used as bean bag and not as a jumping bag or tug of war. Jelly Beanz Bean Bags will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used, washed and/or warning tags removed.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your bean bag we are happy for you to return the bean bag in its original, new and unused sealed condition at your cost (customer) within 7 days (Australia) 14 days (International) with the receipt and choose a replacement to the same value. New and unused means there are no marks on the item or wear on the tag and the item has been returned to us in its original condition at your cost (customer) and your cost to send the exchanged item back to you.
All exchange enquires can be made by e mail, firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0412031664. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. We can only exchange an item for a different size / or colour.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. International customers must be aware that all international customs duties, sales taxes and money transfers cannot be refunded. Customer will incur any shipping costs for returning items to be exchanged and exchanged items to be sent back to you (customer).
In the unlikely event there is a fault with our seams or zip please contact us at, email@example.com or call 0412031664 as soon as possible and send it back to us, we will fix the problem and forward the item back to you at no charge. Jelly Beanz Bean Bags cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed when being returned to us.
